Pico Dimmer Switch and Smart Switch in a multi-location setup

I have a situation in my house where I have a multi-location setup with a non-dimmable light attached. I know I can just replace one of the switches with the Caseta Smart-Switch and disable the switches in the other location and it will work. The caseta Installation calls to replace the switch in the other location with the Pico Remote Setup. Those switches however are dimmer switches.
How will that effect my setup? As I would link the pico with a smart switch would it "just" disable the dim-functions? Or would it try to dim the light? Is there a pico remote for the switch or can I disable the dim-function on the pico?

    Thanks!

    Take a look here:
    http://www.casetawireless.com/Pages/Products.aspx
Click on Dimmers & Switches. The bottom one is able to be used as a 3-way. Neutral wire required. Check the PDF instructions for details.
Click on Pico Remotes. There is a two button on/off version available.
I've used both, they work well.
