Lowest dimming level has changed - much brighter than initially

No 1, I have Duracell Ultra LED lamps that are not on the compatible list. My error for not checking.

However, this combination worked well from May 2017 to Oct 2017.

Now the lowest dimming setting is a lot brighter than it was to begin with.

    I have the Diva C.L DVCL-153P and Duracell LEDs [LED11181D & LED11698D]

I did adjust the lever but it did not make much difference.

There was no Lutron dimmer for these lamps on your list.

Any suggestions (aside from replacing the 5 LED lamps?

It sounds as though you have an LED compatibility issue. Most of the time LED compatibility will show up immediately. It is not unheard of for LEDs and a dimmer to work fine for months and then show compatibility issues.

To be sure that the dimmer has not failed, would you be able to replace the LEDs with incandescent or halogen bulbs to see if the dim range is what it's supposed to be?

    Thank you for the response.
I did replace the 5 led lamps with 5 incandescent lamps. The dimmer worked and the lowest dim level was ok. However, when I tried to adjust the low dim level there was no change as I adjusted the lever from one end to the other. Does this constitute a failure?

I have two other same model dimmers with the same type of LEDs with a good low dim level; one with 3 LEDs and the other with 6 LEDs.
Any further suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello Robert, it sounds as though you may have an issue with the dimmer. I would recommend calling our 24/7 technical support team at 1-844-588-7661. They will ask you a few questions, and if they determine that the dimmer needs to be replaced, they can issue a replacement.
