Caseta Switch only turns light on after FASS reset

Caseta switch model pd-6ans-wh seems to be working correctly, but lights only turn on if I pull out the FASS tab, press the ON button, and close the tab again. Once the lights have been turned off, they won't turn on again without repeating the FASS reset procedure. Called lutron cs and was sent a lut-mlc device. No change. Ideas?

What kind of lights? Incandescent? Halogen? LED?
    How many watts total?

Where did you install the LUT-MLC? At the light or in the switchbox?
Did you conenct one lead to the neutral, and the other lead to the switched-hot wire coming from PD-6ANS?
Do you have the neutral connected to the white wire on the PD-6ANS?

Did you find a solution to this? I'm having the exact same problem, trying to control my outdoor porch light with an interior switch.

I connected the ground, the two black wires from the wall to what I thought were the correct corresponding hot and load wires, and then the neutral to a white wire inside the switch box.

The white wire was not connected to anything, it was just in the box, so maybe that isn't a neutral?

Kjkpilot: did you try reversing the black and red wires on the PD-6ANS?

Kiechhafer: Was the white wire connected to another white wire, or was it not connected to anything at all?

I actually ended up getting it fixed by reversing the wires. Bought a tester and realized the load and hot were backwards.

    Thanks!
