    Integrating with Wink Hub

I also posted this in the shading forum.

I have an owner that has an existing Wink hub and various controls (all up to date). We installed some Triathlon shades and a QS Wireless drapery track. Between the fabric and window size, Serena was not an option. There are existing Caseta dimmers in the house that Wink is communicating with. Wink won't talk to the Triathlon shades.

Lutron support says it is a Wink issue.

Wink support says Triathlon isn't on their approved list so they have no info on it. Wink also says that they can't communicate with anything connected to a Caseta Bridge.

Any thoughts on how I can get Wink to control the Triathlon shades?

Unfortunately, the Triathlon shades won't work with the Wink hub. The Wink hub will only work with the Lutron Serena shades.
The Caseta dimmers can either be linked to the Wink hub, or to the Caseta bridge, but not to both at the same time.

If you are looking for smartphone/app control of your Triathlon shades, you would have to get a Caseta Pro Bridge (model #: L-BDGPRO2-WH).
