Occupancy Sensor for 277V Lights & 120V Fan

I have a bathroom with a 2 gang box with 2 single pole switches, 1 is for the 277V lighting and 1 for a 120V exhaust fan. I'm not sure if the 120V and/or 277V neutrals are available in the box or not. There is about 60W of 277V LED lighting and a small Broan exhaust fan. I'd like to put both of these on occupancy sensors with separate timeout settings. I'm thinking of using (2) MS-OPS6M2-DV-WH sensors mounted side by side in the 2 gang box. Any problem with that?
