Does a Sonos Speaker Count as a device towards the 50 limit?

Starting to figure out how close I am to the 50 limit.
Do the Sonos Speakers count as devices?

Since Caseta communicates to Sonos over "the cloud", and not directly as a Caseta device, the Sonos speakers don't count toward the Caseta 50 device limit.

I kind of figured that but since I was starting to add up my devices and getting higher was getting scared, LOL.

The Pico Remotes for Sonos Speakers is just the perfect fit for Sonos Connect:Amps that are hidden away and speakers that are outside. When grouping these form inside I never can get the volume right for the speakers outside since I cant hear them. Often don't have a phone/tablet outside to set the volume, so the Picos are a perfect fit.
Was just reading about making a scene where my usual morning grouping and volumes are perfect s Lutron is really handy for the Sonos System.
