    Casetta Reboots

I have a caseta wifi dimmer for low voltage mr-16 (magnetic transferomer) installed in our bedroom. I have installed the recommended LED. However, when there is a surge - such as the closet light being turned on, or a hair dryer..the dimmer and lights go on and off a couple times and there is a humming.

    What is the recommended fix?

Which dimmer are you using? Do you have the model number?

Also, this may be a power issue. Lutron digital dimmers (Caseta, Maestro, RadioRA2, etc) like clean consistent 120V power. Your hair dryer is probably making that difficult and causing the issue. May not be able to fix.
