Cisco RV series routers

One of my contractors likes to use Cisco RV series routers (325, 315, etc.). We seem to be having an issue getting the bridge (PRO) to work. We can see it on the network, but Lutron can not see it. We are experiencing similar issues with RR2 Bridge (same router).

Any suggestions?

Look at list of ports in the networking guide for Home Systems. It is likely that a port is blocked, or multicast is blocked.

Also, make sure you don't have IP address conflicts. We had a Sonos bridge grab the static IP via DHCP that we set on a bridge onetime, and we couldn't activate it.
