QSNE-2DAL-D Issue

We have a project using qsne-2dal-d controller. There are about 60 ballasts on the dali loop. The issue is that there are some ballasts at max level and some ballasts at min level after addressed. But the controller can find all of ballast. Is it normal or unnormal?

Are you able to control each zone correctly after you complete addressing? Which system is controlling the loads?

We use iPad to run the Energi Savr application. The issue is that there are few ballasts at min level and most ballasts at max level after "Re-addredd all ballasts on loop".But the app can find and list all ballasts on this loop.And we can identify and control each ballast. There are about 10 loops (5 x qsne-2dal-d) in this system. But not all loop have this issue, maybe only 2 loop happened. It should be ballast's problem or not?

I am not sure about what is happening during addressing. Please give us a call at 1 844 LUTRON 1 and we can start the troubleshooting processor over the phone. Does the system work correctly in it's normal state?
