    Sudden change in dimming

I have a standard 3-way dimmer (TGCL-153PH-WH maybe) bought from home depot. It's been installed in living room for almost a year. All of a sudden, the light won't get as dim as it has in the past. I've removed the face plate and the adjustment knob does not change dimming capability of the switch. Any thoughts?

Hello willc313, we would recommend calling into our 24/7 technical support team at 1-844-588-7661 or emailing leds@lutron.com for assistance with this issue. Those teams would be more equipped to help you troubleshoot this application.
