Difference between Maestro and Diva dimmers? (buying some along with many Casetas)

Thanks, but it's really hard for me to discern any differences between them. Could you enlighten me on a basic level why I'd choose one over the other? Also, it'd be cool to have one that has the little glow in the paddle to help find it in the dark, though that's not a dealbreaker.
