RRD-8ANS - Cannot Find in Software

    Greetings!

I assume this is a level-of-programmer thing but I am a level 1 and I cannot seem to find an RRD-8ANS in the programming software.

Am I too low on the pole or am I just not drinking enough coffee to find it in my 11.0 software?

    Thanks!
    Shandley

I was told by support that it doesn't matter the circumstance but all versions of the software should have that device as long as the version was released after the device was released.

Make sure you select a neutral device.
