MA-LFQHW Alternative for LED dual fan/light control on Single Pole wiring?

Have been searching for an alternative to Maestro 1 Amp Single-Pole 7-Speed Combination Fan and Light Control (Model # MA-LFQHW-WH) to allow me to dim lights and control fan speed from the wall and allow for LED bulbs? I'm stuck with single pole wiring as replacing wiring is not an option. I'm open to having to switches on the wall. Just having a hard time using the search function to narrow down my options...

Hello jjtrinva, unfortunately we do not have a fan/light control that is rated for LEDs that does not require 2 separate switch legs to the fan and lights.
