Panic Flash using VRX?

Is there a way to program a flashing light into a keypad button press marked "Panic". I heard it could be achieved using a VRX.

You could activate this feature, but then would not be able to release it. The Full/Flash sequence would then lock the keypads out- thus stopping you from releasing the scene. You can accomplish this using the LR3BHSW visor transmitter or another low voltage CCO device to activate the Full/Flash. These other devices will remain outside the Full/Flash and be able to deactivate the scene.
