I received an Amazon Echo and Lutron Caseta Wireless Smart Bridge as a gift. I’m a quadriplegic in need of some help getting my Amazon Echo's smart device switches set up to control my lights and ceiling fan. I have no movement below my shoulders so this would give me the ability to do a couple of things on my own especially late nights when my parents are sleeping and I am awake using my computer or watching a movie on the television.
I live in Southern California, City of Orange so if anybody knows any electricians or somebody with the skills to help with set up I would appreciate any information.
Please check out the following link to see as much information that I could think of to try and help you understand what I have going on so far.

Any help, suggestions, and information will be greatly appreciated.
