How to schedule an on time for LED on wall dimmer

Hello All - I have installed a in-wall dimmer, a Pico remote and the Lutron app. Everything works manually. I have created a scheduled on time, selected the dimmer and set the level and saved. But the light does not come on at the scheduled time (not at all as far as I know). What am I missing ??

Do you have the smart bridge installed and set to your app/phone? If so, check that the ON you are scheduling is not at 0% (that is OFF). I've also mistakenly swapped AM for PM. Those are the two biggest problems I see from RR2
