SAFE to use LED on non-LED dimmer?

Its clear to me now that the MA-L3S25HW-WH Maestro 2.5-Amp 300-watt Single Pole Dual Dimmer and Switch is not meant for LED. The fan side works fine but even when off, the light side (4 bulbs) leaks around 10w and glows faintly. This is the setup I want however and so am considering just living with it (night light all day long but highly efficient bulbs maybe costs near-nothing...).

My question is whether there is anything unsafe about the arrangement. Thanks.

Hello somewatdim, There is absolutely no safety concern with leaving your lights glow in the off state.
