Anyone have experience with some BR30s that dim very low? I am using a Phillips bulb. The lowest I can get them is equivalent to 18 to 20 percent of my old bulbs before they flicker. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked into the Cree bulbs? I have 4 BR40s 3rd gen in my living room and they don't flicker at all. If the Cree BR40s work fine, their BR30 bulbs should work the same.
Awesome! Do you happen to know which model you have? Do they dim very low?
I have the SBR40-11050FLFD-12DE26-1-11. It does dim low, but not to the point where they're almost off. Maybe to around 10% or 15%. They also make them in soft white, but I prefer daylight.
Here's the Home Depot link to the BR40:

Thanks so much!
I havent tried their BR yet but the PAR ones are amazing. They dim very nicely even with a single bulb in the circuit.
