Dimmer switch won't stay in the On position

My Lutron dimmer switch won't stay in the ON position. When I press it in the ON position, I don't hear the clicking sound. After I move my finger away from the switch, it goes back to the OFF position and the lights goes off. Is there any way to fix this Lutron dimmer switch?
