Occupancy Sensor. Can this be done?

I would like to walk into a dark kitchen in the middle of the night and only have the under cabinet lights turn on. Furthermore, turn them off when not detecting movement for 5 min, ONLY when all other lights are off. Is this IFTTT? Can this be done? Thanks for the help!

not sure i understand the problem. This is what occupancy sensors do. In the software you can set it to control just the under cabinet lights.

Yes, You can use a timeclock event to change the mode (occ vs. vac vs. off) on the sensor. also, the low light enabled feature should work as well, making the sensor vacancy in bright light and occupancy in very low light.

I didn't know about the low light capability. Good reason to use ceiling sensors!
