Traithlon shade blinking red 1/8
Paired my triathlon shade with a pico remote and as soon as I click a button to roll up the shade, I get a rapid red led blinking for 15 seconds.
Ensure the shade's fabric or hembar is not caught or hung up.
The LED will blink like this for 15 seconds when it stops abruptly.
This is what I have got from research and Im just trying a think of a way to fix this at the moment. Nothing seems caught or hung up
Any ideas on how to prevent the shade from thinking that?

Is this a flat roller shade, or a honeycomb shade?

If the shade isn't too big, can you take it off the bracket and see if it moves up/down from the Pico remote while you just hold it?

I have same exact issue with 2 out of 9 shades installed in my house. Tried removing them and reinstalled. I factory reset the shades and they worked for few days and now back to not working. Also changed batteries. Opened a case with tech support. Any other suggestions?

This is something you would have to talk directly to Lutron Tech Support about.

This is to confirm that I have exactly the same issue. Was any of you able to have it fixed through Lutron Tech Support or by other means? Any help is appreciated.

I contacted tech support and they replaced the blinds - threw away the old ones and installed the new ones. Great service!!!!
