I installed the lite on diva dinner switch to operate an uberhaus LED light. The switch will turn the light on and off from the small slide out switch, but dimmer and main button will not work to turn the light on and off. What am I doing wrong?

Hello AaronH,
It sounds like you may be using a Maestro or Caseta, and not a Diva. The Diva does not have a pull out switch to cut the power to the circuit.
The Maestro and Caseta are digital controls. Because of this, there is no mechanical relay inside which turns the lights on and off. As a digital control, there is a very small amount of electrical current that runs through the circuit when the lights are off. Some LEDs react to this current by dimly glowing in the off-state. There is no safety concern with this happening, but there are ways to stop this from happening. The first would be to use LED's that have been tested for compatibility and are listed on our LED finder tool at www.lutron.com/ledfinder.
Another option would be to add an incandescent or halogen bulb to the circuit. They are resistive by nature, and will act as a filter and shut the lights off completely.
