Lutron dimmable driver (LTEA4U1UKL-AV120) not working with RRD-10ND - need help!

My electrician installed the LED lights with a RRD-10ND. There seems to be a problem with dimming. I specifically bought a Lutron dimmable LED driver (LTEA4U1UKL-AV120) thinking it would be compatible with the RRD-10ND dimmer. The dimmer doesn’t dim the lights. It’s either on or off. Also, the rocker on the dimmer doesn’t have an effect on the lights.

Anyone know if the RRD-6NA will work with this driver?

Greatly appreciate any input.Tried to stick with Lutron products and wound up with an issue.

Check page 32 with compatible list. Says to set low and high end trim levels 35% and 99% respectively on a 10ND

"Set Device type to “INC/MLV Neutral Dimmer”; Set High-End Trim to 99%; Set Low-End Trim to 35%"
This needs to be done in the software.

A RRD-6NA will also work. Doesn't look like a lutron issue, just settings need to be programmed

What made you choose that driver?

How many fixtures do you have wired to it... the + and - from the fixture to the driver might be reversed...

If polarity is reversed to led/light engine usually they don't light up. But you are right about load amount, its only rated for 40w, @totalcontrol needs to look over that to.
