How can I make Alexa flash my lights?

I just installed 2 Caseta dimmers in my home, and synced with Alexa. Everything is working great, I can control each dimmer as well as scenes.

I want to install 2 plug in dimmers in my daughters bedrooms, and would love it if Alexa had the ability to "flash" their lights 2 or 3 times, as they are either blasting music or using headphones and I can't get their attention.

Anyone have an idea how to create an Alexa skill to make this happen? I have no programming experience.
