Lutron SeeTouch stuck on?

Hi Folks,

I have a grafik eye system at home. Our kitchen light switch, a 4 button lutron seetouch, has suddenly gone unresponsive. The top most button is lit, but you can't change the light settings. You can however change them via control4.

I've tried powering off / on the grafik eye, but to no avail.

Any tips before I ask a specialist to come have a look at it?
