    CW Bridge

    Just purchased the caseta wirless dimmers/light switch. I go through the app and login in. When i get to the screen " plug in smart bridge It goes into updating smart bridge software mode and it just keeps spinning it has done this for a couple hours now. Any idea how to get this work. I have already manually inputted the ip address and directly connected the bridge to the router. Is there setting on the router i need to do to push this forward? Is there any way into the bridge device?

    Are you still having issues getting the bridge to update its firmware?
