Pico remote won't sync with system

I have a Caesta system connected to a pro hub that is controlled by a control 4 system. I am trying to connect a new pico remote but the app will not find it when trying to sync in the setup.

What is the model number of the Pico remote that you are trying to activate to the Caseta system?
Are you within 30 feet of the bridge when you are trying to activate the Pico to the Caseta system?
The only other thing I can think of is that you may have run up to the 50 device limit of the bridge. How many other Caseta devices (dimmers/switches/shades/Picos) are part of your Caseta system?

It is a 3 button with raise/ lower ( i have 2 which both won't connect) , tried to connect right beside hub, and there is only 20 items on system at present
could the control 4 system be interfering?
