Geofencing location not saved Connect App iOS

My client is trying to change their home location on their iPhones and while it will let them drag the location pin to a new location it goes back to the phone's location every time they exit that screen and go back into Set Home Location.

On my android phone, I'm not able to drag the location pin to a new location at all...

Basically, they live near a street that they drive by frequently and they don't want to trigger their arriving home scene cruising by.

This is 10.6 and connect app version 3.0 on android phone, unsure of version on iPhone.

Or, is this a moot point and cruising by at 25mph at the edge of the 1000 foot radius wouldn't trigger an arriving home scene anyway?
    Thanks

    Hello weekcolin,
    Thank you for your post.
It would be a moot point if they were outside of the radius as this shouldn't trigger until they are within the radius. If the issue remains then follow the below steps.
Please generate and app log file from the clients device and provide some screenshots of the problem if possible. Send this information to systemsupport@lutron.com
