    Scenes disappearing from Lutron Connect iOS

    Hello,

    I've recently gotten a Connect Bridge and everything seems to be working for the most part. I have noticed that usually once or twice a week all of the scenes disappear from the connect app. Digging in deeper it looks like the keypads (actual, pico and virtual) also disappear from the app. In fact if there is only a keypad in the Area/Room, that room location will also disappear from the app.

    The actual keypads continue to work fine. I just can no longer access them from the app.

    Going into settings/edit home/diagnostics and downloading the system configuration brings it all back for a while. Eventually the keypads will disappear again.

    Does anyone have any ideas what may be going on here?

    Please generate an app log file and a support file from the software and send them to systemsupport@lutron.com. You may need to contact the dealer who installed the system to gather this data.
