Globalcache Itach Integration
Hi there,
Quite some time ago, i`ve written to Lutron support to talk about this, and based on their answer at that time, i tried everything to solve my problem and nothing worked. Here is the deal i`m having:
1- Using version 4.2.2 of HWQS, i can sucessfully control all of my Infrared devices, which are attached to a Globalcache's Itach module.
2- Opening the same project in any version beyond 4.2.2, including 6.0.1 (beta) and 5.2.0 (non-beta), the commands sent to the Itach module only works for a few minutes, than it stops working at all.
3- Issuing the outboundconnections command as in the troubleshooting guide gives the following result

In other words, the processor is connected to the globalcache module.
I'm attaching the project file here so Lutron support can try again to help me.
http://www.acess.net.br/lutron/Showr...ess-v6.0.1.zip - 6.0.1 Project
http://www.acess.net.br/lutron/Showr...4.2.2-novo.zip - 4.2.2 Project
The only differences between them is that the 6.0.1 versions has less 3rd Party devices as of Lutron's suggestion and also per limitations on the number of connections.

Unfortunately we were unable to extract the project files from the attached zipped files. We would recommend sending the terminal log and latest project file to hwsupport@Lutron.com for assistance on this issue.

Just re-uploaded both files, something got messy on the first upload. Please try again. I'll redo the 6.0.1 upgrade one more time to get the processor log from it, since from 4.2.2 won't help.

In looking at the project file in version 6.0.1 we are not seeing any issues. We would recommend sending the terminal log and latest project file to hwsupport@Lutron.com for assistance on this issue.
