Feature Request: Home / Away conditions for timers

Today, Lutron enables specific actions to be performed when arriving or leaving home. However, I'd like to see home/away status available to use as a condition for whether or not to execute timers.

IE: if I'm home, turn on kitchen lights at sunset. If I'm away, don't run this timer.
