Inclusive 10.6 freezes on Windows 10 PC machine

I am using Inclusive 10.6 on a Windows 10 64-bit PC machine (Lenovo 4GB RAM, 1.6 GHz Intel Celeron). Inclusive opens and freezes all the time, forcing me to CTRL+ALT+DEL and shut it down on the Task Manager. I already uninstalled and installed it three times. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time it freezes. Other signs of freezing is the Diagnostic tool which takes forever to load, whenever it loads at all. Anyone experiencing the same? Thank you.

Ugh, that's not a lot of processor or RAM. Make sure to limit anything else from running. Like NOTHING else, no firewall, no virus scanners... as little else as possible.
