Leviton DZMX1-1BZ Decora Z-Wave

Hi,

I purchased 3 Leviton DZMX1-1BZ Decora Z-Wave switches. One of them works perfectly, but there are problems with the other two.

The first one does NOT turn off the LED lights completely. You can see a faint light during the night.

The second switches does turn off the lights, but when they are on, there is a flicker in the lights which did not happen before installing the switch.

Do I have two defective switches? What can I do to troubleshoot?

Lutron does not manufacture those switches. Leviton does. You'll want to contact someone in their tech support department.
