User/virtual keypads and device limit
Do user keypads count against the device limit ?

Yes, even though it is not activated it counts against the limit, so do 4 aux repeater wether they are ever installed or not.

Cheater trick discussed in another thread- use the 15 button table top. Lots of buttons with a single device.

Aux being short for auxiliary repeaters. Used to extend the range of the system. Also just thinking unless the system already has two main repeaters you could also create a "home owner" main repeater allowing 1500 additional virtual buttons. So I guess it's really not a issue for most systems. I can't an end user remembering 1500+ unique voice commands.
