Has anyone had issues signing in using the Connect app on Android? I can use guest access and have an iPad that works flawlessly, so that would seem to eliminate any connect bridge or connectivity issues, but when I try to "sign in" using the Android app, the login page loads, then blanks and a dialog box says "please enable wifi or mobile data".

Reboots, reinstalls and data wipes do nothing. Also unfortunate is that when I try to use the support option within the app, it says it cannot attach system data, making that option essentially useless. Before I give up I thought maybe someone else has seen this in the wild too. Android 6.0.1 on HTC 10.
