You'll need to get access to Inclusive if you want to be able to do this. Also, Alexa is available in the 10.6 version of the software.

You get an upgrade code for your Inclusive install via your registered "My Lutron" account. There's an item in the menu within the Essentials software to Upgrade. It'll produce a code, use that on your My Lutron page to obtain the upgrade license.

If your My Lutron page doesn't offer that then you either haven't attended the Level 2 training for it, or your account doesn't properly reflect it. Support can fix the latter. The former are handled via in-person training classes.
