Timer switch paired with remote motion sensor

Are there stand alone (not Caseta or Ra) timers that can be paired with a motion sensor? So that the wall switch has a 60 minute count down timer but will not turn off the lights if motion is present? I know this can be done with RadioRa but it would be cost prohibitive for this job.

The closest stand alone solution would simply be a Maestro in wall sensor with a 30 minute time out. Such as the MS-OPS2 or the MS-OPS5M. I was unable to find an occupancy sensor that had a 60 minute time out period.
