Dealer. I can't register demo shade in Ra2

I just received my demo shade (Honeycomb model) and my main repeater won't register the shade. The label in the shade says it's a Serena Model. Was I sent the wrong model? My demo shade is supposed to be a Sivoia QS wireless. I'll really appreciate any help.

The Serena Shades are not supported with Radio Ra 2. If your demo kit is supposed to be Sivoia QS wireless, I would recommend contacting your distributor or whom ever your ordered you demo kit through, in order to get the correct shade.
