Question C*L Digital Dimmer MACL153MR interference with 1.9 GHz Cordless phone

We had the C*L Digital Dimmer MACL153MR installed with 4 dimmable LED lights [Feit 5" - 6" LED Retrofit 4-pack 2,700K Soft White 1,290 Lumens 120W Replacement].

The LED lights alone work well with a standard light switch - no interference issues.

When the Lutron dimmer was installed, there is interference with the cordless phone used in the same office. The UNIDEN DECT 6.0 phone works on the 1.9 GHz frequencies. This dimmer is simply the digital dimmer with no motion detector.

Any ideas why there would be a very loud buzz when using the phone when the lights are on? There is no buzzing with the lights off and the buzz is only heard on the phone when you are trying to talk with the lights on.

THANKS for any insight / suggestions.

There are probably a few things going here.
    1. If you have not you should check Lutron.com/led to see if Lutron has tested the dimmer with the LED you are using.
    2. Diming any LED changes the shape of the electrical wave (for simplicity let's just say power) on the neutral. Depending on the dimmer, the LED, the quantity of LED, other loads on the same circuit, and probably a dozen other factors this change can cause unwanted interference.
    3. Using a "neutral" dimmer may help with the noise you are hearing. Such as RRD-6NA or RRD-10ND possibly others, the Caseta may have a neutral dimmer but I am unsure.
    4. Changing the outlet the base station for the cordless phone is plugged into may help too, ideally use an outlet on a different electrical circuit. Or if you have a long extension cord plug it into an outlet far away such as a kitchen counter top outlet. If this solves the noise you are hearing the noise you are hearing is on the electrical lines the cordless phone is plugged into. If moving/and or powering the cordless phone from a different circuit it is the LEDs that are causing the inference the cordless phone is picking up. That is to say the LED are basically transmitting on the same frequency as the phones (again put simplistically).
