Ability to set a fixed schedule?

Is there a way to set a fixed schedule? We have a porch light that we'd like to turn on and off at set times, whether we're home or not. I have an IFTTT recipe that will switch on the light at sunset but I was wondering if there was a way to do this with the Lutron app.

in the app you need to go to scenes - more. On the next screen hit the + button and answer the questions - either schedule to run automatically or manually. If automatic is the answer, you then get to pick the days and times etc....
