    ralb-5w-ao failure

I have just had 2 of the above switches fail. I removed them from the wall and inside there is a large amount of carbon and heat damage. It looks like the electronics have burned. Has this been reported before? It happened to 2 different switches at different times, about 2 weeks apart.

    Thanks

Hi Franklin, this is a master control and does not get wired to any kind of load. Has there been any electrical storms or surges that may have affected your home? I would recommend contacting out Technical Support Team so we can investigate this and get some more information from you.
