Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum. I did some searching including the sticky which took me to Sylvania's website, but I couldn't find much information. I have the RT6, which is a 6" LED downlight replacement for incandescent PAR38 cans. It has the "sunset" feature which changes the color from white to amber as it dims so it's more like a normal bulb. My ceiling soffit has a bank of four of these lights on the circuit and my Caseta dimmer will not turn them on. I tried adjusting the trim and still nothing. The bulb is not specifically listed as compatible, but there is an RT4 light which is similar.

Here's the weird part. If I change one of the bulbs to a regular incandescent bulb, the bank of four lights respond normally. Is there anything that can be done to solve this problem? I'd prefer not to install a night light the soffit just so the switch will work...

Thanks.
