Devices keep droping out of activation in 10.1/10.2
Ok I'm way beyond tired of this problem.
Thought I posted this but look like it didn't post.
Three system.
System 1 & 2 are both 2 main with 130ish devices
System 3 is much smaller 1 main and 52 devices.
All transferred over Ethernet.
1 & 3 are 10.1
2 is 10.2
All will transfer fine at one point then next time drop devices.
Right now on system 2. Updated from 9.3-10. then from 10 to 10.2. Transferred and all good. Made changes then I get the pic attached
All firewalls are off
Loads spread between both repeaters.
Re activating in a 2 main system sucks. Especially when your in a time crunch.
Sys 1 it happened multiple times with 3 of the 6 WPM

Are you kidding me!

Just re activated this and transferred
no problem. Made minor changes and then....................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

So I found what's doing it. I think. Seams to be when I change a zone location on a WPM. 1st trans with no changes or problems 2nd changed zone name kitchen under cabs from kitchen to family. Trans and get the pic attached. 3rd changed Load type and trans no problem 4th changed load type and zone name back to original and trans no problem
I have support files but not see a way to post here. Will send to lutron email as WPM activation

Any ideas or replies?
Still having this problem. Changes on a WPM mean re-activation

Hi Mitch, have you sent in a Support File for us to review yet? Ideally we would like to see a support file from each system, but if you are going to be on 1 job site soon you can send that it to see what we can find. Then if we can pinpoint the cause of the issue you can check the other 2 sites for the same issue.

I did.
Looks like one went through the other was to big so I'll split it
I'll label each beginning with

Did this just now at the office through the software only.
No repeaters hoked up.
Only thing I changed was load type on zone 1 of WPM 1

Been doing some more testing. All files are now 10.4
On Fields, Munsch, and Mesic all I have to do is highlight the WPM1 and it looses the serial number. Made no changes.
Monkey around on the other WPM's with all sorts of changes and the serial number doesn't drop.
That's a bit odd because one of the pics above for mesic shows both WPM's didn't activate.
