RadioRA classic dimmer and Halo LT56 LED

I had a RadioRA system installed in my house in 2008. I replaced most of the incandescent can trims with the Halo LT56 LED units today. I noticed that the LED units are dimly operating even though the dimmer is off.

Will this damage the LED units?

I put back one incandescent bulb in the circuit and the problem was solved. But the wife does not like this solution.

What are my options to fix this problem? I'm ok with a slight dim on the LED modules provided this is not damaging them in anyway.

    Thanks.

It won't damage the bulb at all. You need a neutral wire dimmer to get rid of that glow. Also, Ra Classic was never rated for LED conversions, and most of the parts are now obsolete.
