Learning Resources

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum and light control in general. I got certified in Homeworks QS a few months back and just now putting what I learned to use. I have been scouring the web and Lutron's own website for a User's Guide, some sort of post certification learning resource and have had no luck. Am I to understand a program as powerful and feature-rich as Lutron Designer has no built-in Help facility, User's Guide, that there are no How-To's, videos, etc.., readily available? There must be some way to guide yourself out of the woods at 2:00 AM on a Sunday besides calling tech support or posting a thread here and waiting for guidance. If there isn't, well that would be my first "feature request" for the next major release of the product! lol
