    Residential Opportunities Tour - Product orders

    I attended the Residential Opportunities Tour and placed an order for some of the hardware that was offered on discount.

    Does anyone know how to modify my order submitted that day at the tour (Seattle)?

    I ordered 4 connect bridges for many projects but I've decided based on the issues and omissions being discussed here, that I don't want the bridges now. Still want the other gear.

    Please let me know whom to contact to modify an order already placed (but not shipped).

    Josh, you will need to contact Customer Service with your account number and the PO for the Connect Bridges. They will be able to assist you in modifying your order.
