App special buttons?

When setting favorites I noticed that some of the keypads have a special button 18 and 19, what are those? Are those the raise lower buttons?

If they're not programmable or selectable as favorites then why bother showing them in the app? It just raises unnecessary customer support questions (like this one!)

Buttons 18 and 19 are commonly going to be raise and lower, we include them because different 3rd party system use these buttons during integration with the Radio Ra2 and Homeworks QS.
