Question Network wiring QSGRJ-4P to QSE-CI-NWK-E

Hi to everyone, i need some help.

I have to wire the network from QSGRJ-4P-TXX* to QSE-CI-NWK-E. I need to know if I can use cable UTP cat6 instead of GRX-CBL-346S. If not, what other cable can I use? Cable GRX-CBL-346S is not available and cannot be imported to Argentina.I have to wire the network from QSGRJ-4P-TXX* to QSE-CI-NWK-E. You can use a cable available to you that meets the specs for the GRX-CBL-346S:

Two pair — one pair 18 AWG (0.75 mm2), one pair 18 to 22 AWG
    (0.34 to 0.75 mm2) twisted shielded — IEC PELV / NEC® Class 2 cable
