Exterior motion sensors (CA T-24)

A 2-part question.
1, will we ever see a Lutron exterior rated motion sensor?
2, here in CA we are required to have exterior non high efficacy lighting on "motion/photo control". We get away with not having actual "photo control" by using the astronomic clock, but we still need exterior motions. What are the rest of you guys in this situation using? We have not found very good alternatives.

We use outdoor rated alarm motions and we tie them into a CCI

We use alarm motions as well, just never found one we like. Haven't tried the Bosch, so I'll give it a look. I wish I could find one that would run on 24 volts.

Maybe throw one of these in to go from the 24 to 12 they cost about 12.00 bucks Those Bosch motions are good .
