How can i use IR remocon in HWQS.

We can not use RF devices. RF range in our country is different from US, Europe and so on.
My customer want to get remote control in HWQS, but HWQS system can not be apply traditional IR remocon.
Let me know how I can use traditional Lutron IR remocon, if possible.

I think it is a type of communication in Japan

I would think if they had a remocon remote that could work contact closure and used I/O in to QS they could accomplish what they want that way

I want to use Homeworks with GRX-IT-WH and EC-IR-WH (IR sensor).
I have known that EC-IR-WH can't be connected to HomeWorks system, and I also learned 3rd party IR device can be connected to IR keypad via IR DATA and IR COM points.
But I don't know how it will be set.
